Catterton Partners, a private equity firm, faced a number of issues of how to better manage their Limited Partner accounts: How can we update critical account information more efficiently? How can we provide our customers and employees with easy access to statements and important documentation? How can assure that our limited partners sensitive information is protected?
Through collaboration with an agency partner, ScreenMatter designed and developed a web-based content management system that streamlined the account management process. It included a suite of tools that monitored user activity and controlled access based on defined permissions. We also created a Limited Partner portal that provides partners with immediate access to thier capital accounts statements and other forms of important investment documentation. In addition to solving information management issues, these initiatives improved customer service and decreased operating expenses.
